Photos-27

There are three men with the last name, JONES, in the official Roster.  They were not related per my research.  And Steenwyk's list of names for the group photo includes all three.  They are associated with my numbers # 73,  # 46,  and # 130.
# 73 -  Jones,Charles S. from Barwick, Georgia

# 46 - Jones, Harold  from Tifton, Georgia

# 130 - Jones, Lloyd from Copperhill, Tennessee

I will post them together here on this page.

Charles Scriven Jones,  Barwick, Georgia # 73 in the group photo

His face in the group photo was the only one to be blurry, perhaps he had moved his head at that moment.

Senior Photo from University of Georgia yearbook, 1949.

Harold Jones Tifton, Georgia #46 in the group photo

Lloyd Jones Copperhill, Tennessee #130 in the group photo

Here is the application for George's military marker, from his son, Harold Lloyd Jones.  Dated 17 Aug 1970. Note, this is one of the few applications that actually lists his WWII Army company:  the 841st Ordnance Depot Co. George was a Tec. 5.  Buried in Copperhill, TN.
