HEIGHT OF ANTENNA ON THE SOIL FOR READING OF THE NOISE

ABSTRACT

The study of absorption of radiation from the Sun is highly strategic for Brazil. The

conditions of the layers of the ionosphere has a significant effect on communications in

high-frequency and low frequency, among others, may interfere with radio systems. In high

and low latitudes, depending on solar activity, high-energy particles and photons can

cause sudden changes in ionic conditions, among them the sudden closure of the

propagation of radio.

The reading from background noise at different frequencies, in monoband receptors, may

indicate changes in atmospheric electricity, can also show significant changes at the Amas

(South Atlantic Magnetic Anomaly).

In Paula Freitas City, Paraná, was built by IAE (Instituto de Aeronáutica e

Espaço), Campus de Pesquisas Geofísicas Major Edsel de Freitas Coutinho. The campus

is at the limit of the Epicenter of the South Atlantic Magnetic Anomaly, and moves slowly

westward.

This work is a brief description of the importance of the height of the antennae to examine

the background noise.
