1. Keep an ITEMIZED ORIGINAL receipt of each meal.

• Receipt must include:
  • Restaurant Name
  • Date of purchase
  • Exact amount of the meal
  • 15% Tip
  • Tax
  • Total with Tax
• No alcohol is reimbursed nor should be on a receipt presented for reimbursement.
• Carl Perkins will not reimburse food purchases within NWA Regional Airport.

2. Meal Allowance is $50 per day in Arkansas & $75/day elsewhere

- Failure to follow the guidelines may result in no reimbursement.
