Meet the Teacher

Welcome! This is my 12th year working at Lamprey River Elementary School. I have worked in 1st Grade, 2nd Grade, and Kindergarten. I really enjoy teaching kindergarten laying the foundation to children's academic career. My favorite things to teach are phonics and science.

I grew up in Manchester and went to Plymouth State University where I received a degree in Childhood Studies. Immediately following, I began working at LRES and pursued my Master's Degree in Curriculum Instruction from Southern New Hampshire University. I love learning and attend many workshops each year to grow as an educator.

My husband and I met in high school and began dating in college. We got married in 2015 after dating for 9 years. In May of 2016 our son Benjamin was born and August 2020 our daughter Ellie was born. They are our pride and joy and we love spending time and going on adventures together. We have two cats named Lucy and Charlie at our house in Hooksett.
