Native Scholarships

The American Indian College Fund invests in Native students and tribal college education to transform lives and communities.

Many of the scholarships listed below have been compiled by representatives of several Native American tribes. Please note that eligibility for many of these scholarships is not limited exclusively to American Indians. Remember to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope when mailing inquiries.

IHS began providing scholarship support to American Indian and Alaska Native students to pursue health profession careers in 1978, the program has grown to support, educate and place health care professionals within medically underserved Indian health programs throughout the continental United States and Alaska. 

This organization provides scholarship funds for students who demonstrate academic achievement; clearly defined goals, leadership, the determination to succeed and the desire to return to their communities and help others realize their dreams. We assist Indian schools to prepare students for success in college.
