Mrs. Jaeger
Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little better! It's hard to believe that this is my 22nd year of teaching already! This is my 7th year teaching 6th grade! Prior to teaching 6th grade, I was an elementary teacher for 15 years. I previously taught 3rd and 4th grade. Most recently, I was a 4th grade teacher at Burnside Elementary for 6 years.
Here are some fun facts about me:
I was born and raised here in Red Wing.
I graduated from RWHS and then went on to college at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. I earned my B.A. in Elementary Education there. Later, I attended Concordia University in St. Paul. There, I earned my M.A. in Curriculum & Instruction as well as my K-12 Reading licensure.
I am married to my wonderful husband, Nathan. We actually grew up together in the same church and graduated high school together. We reconnected years later and have been married for 9.5 years.
I have three amazing children...Addison is 15, Evelyn is 8, and Lucas is 3!
I grew up a city girl for sure. Now, I live on a farm where I learn something new all the time!
Some of my favorite things are coffee, the mountains, scrapbooking, the TV show Friends, music, spending time with family, and reading!
