Guidance:

This is a place for resources and guidance for facilitators. A "facilitator" is anyone that is facilitating a training or workshop using any of the material from this site.

Preparing for a session:

In preparation for a session you should consider the logistics (location, time, number of participants, etc.) and the intent of the session. The intent of the session is often driven by the needs of the audience and the overall long-term goal of the scope of work.

All of the lessons found on this site were developed using a specific instructional design model. This instructional design model intentionally includes points where facilitation would aid in participant learning.
