Are you carrying something that doesn’t fit easily into everyday conversation?
Maybe your work exposes you to illness, trauma, death, or impossible decisions—and the people you love can’t fully understand what follows you home. Maybe you’re grieving, caregiving, facing a serious illness, or living through an experience that makes other people uncomfortable enough to change the subject.
You may be functioning, meeting everyone’s expectations, and even appearing completely fine. But being able to keep going doesn’t mean you aren’t affected.
Here, you don’t have to protect anyone from the details, find a silver lining, or pretend you’re handling it better than you are.
Individual therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. Evidence-based practices are used to help you overcome challenges and improve your mental well-being.
Couples therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to help you and your partner work through conflict, improve communication, and strengthen your relationship.
All services are provided remotely via a secure, HIPAA compliant platform.
Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable
can be more manageable.
When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming,
less upsetting, and less scary.
The people we trust with that important talk can help us know that
we are not alone.
-Fred Rogers
People often wait to seek therapy because someone else has it worse, they are still functioning, or they believe they should be able to manage things on their own.
Being able to function is not the same as being okay.
You don’t need to wait until you can no longer work, sleep, connect with the people you love, or recognize yourself. Therapy can also be a place to pause, take stock, and understand what carrying all of this has cost you.
You are allowed to need care even if you are usually the one providing it.

For grief, pet loss, trauma, caregiving, serious illness, death, dying, and the experiences that make other people change the subject.
If you’re looking for a place where you can be honest about your work, your grief, your fear, or the part of life no one seems willing to discuss, I would be honored to meet you.
You do not need to know exactly what to say. You only need to begin.
