Tech Support

If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please:

1. Fill out the Redwood City School District tech support form: English version.

2. If your computer is damaged, please call the Kennedy office to arrange for a replacement computer. (650) 482-2409

3. The Redwood City School District tech department will view your form and get your computer from Kennedy.

4. Once your computer is fixed, you will be notified.

5. If you are having difficulties with a website, application, or are having trouble accessing assignments, please notify your homeroom teacher. Your homeroom teacher will make sure to notify Kennedy's tech teacher who will be in contact with students and their families.

Si tiene dificultades técnicas, por favor:
