Create a solution of 50% water and 50% white vinegar in a spray bottle.
Get a soft microfiber cloth/spray cloth (Do not use anything paper-based, like paper towel, Kleenex, or toilet paper. These can scratch screens. If you don't have a microfiber cloth, coffee filters will do in a pinch.)
Spray the cloth with the solution and wipe down all of the parts of the device (screen, keyboard, sides, etc.)
See this article for additional tips on using rubbing alcohol in place of white vinegar.
