We are looking for a multi talented ‘people person’ to be part of our primary school office team.
Our new Office Administrator will genuinely enjoy interacting and engaging with our diverse school community - students, whānau and staff.
The successful applicant will have a friendly and approachable nature, and excellent communications skills. They should be great at multitasking, show initiative, embrace new learning and enjoy working as part of a team.
While payroll experience and / or financial management experience is an advantage, we can provide professional learning for the right candidate.
This position would be ideal for someone with school aged children who wants flexibility around school holidays.
The position will be paid according to the NZEI Support Staff In Schools Collective Agreement. The role is likely to be within Grade 2 of the Administration Support Staff Work Matrix Table.
Responsible to: Office Manager, Principal, Board of Trustees
Hours: 8.ooam -3.30pm - Four days each week in school term time (some flexibility of hours and days by negotiation)
