The following documents were given to students in print form during the initial Chromebook/iPad distribution this fall.

What can I do if I am having trouble with my Chromebook or iPad?

  • If you are having difficulty with the device, your first point of contact is your child’s teacher.

  • The teacher will do the first troubleshooting with you.

  • The teacher will contact the appropriate tech person if assistance is still needed and they will get in touch with you or have the teacher relay information.

  • If the Tech team can’t correct your problem remotely, they will have you return the device and will exchange it for a working device.
