Welcome to second grade! I believe that in second grade the children grow by leaps and bounds, and I am excited to share this special time with you. Keep in mind that it may take some time before the children are comfortable with all of the routines and changes that come at the start of second grade. I have tried to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in the classroom so all children will feel safe and secure leading them to success. I believe that this success involves a triangle of parent, child, and teacher collaboration. With all of us working together we can achieve success.
