About Mr. Palmer

Hello there! My name is Jody Palmer and I'm your child's second grade teacher. I've been teaching second grade for ten years, but have been teaching for a total of fourteen years. I'm a graduate of North Pocono, the University of Scranton, and am currently attending Wilkes University for my master's degree.

In second grade, we use the Everyday Math and Wonders Reading programs. We also cover many different topics in Science and Social Studies throughout the year.

We currently have four computers in our room. Three are for student use and the fourth is the teacher computer, which is hooked up to an Epson projector. We also have access to a Chromebook cart.

I live at home with my wife, daughter, and our two dogs. I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, and going to the beach.
