Kichul Bae

I am a Ph.D. student in Water Resources Engineering at North Carolina State University. My current research centers on flood analysis utilizing various statistical tools.

Also, I hold a position as a civil servant with the Ministry of Environment of South Korea, where my works pertains to water resources management, encompassing areas of flood control and groundwater quality management.
