Your completed request packet along with the $300 Damage Deposit must be submitted to the Safety Department, located @ 701 East 7th Street, Thibodaux, LA, 70301. The Damage Deposit must be a separate check from other associated fees, made payable to: The Lafourche Parish School Board. Additionally, the completed request packet must be submitted 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT, or the event will be DENIED!
