This is my third year teaching elementary health and physical education! I previously taught at the high school. My background is in health promotion and exercise science. I am looking forward to teaching you about all parts of health this year and teaching you ways to keep yourself active!

Outside of school some of my favorite things are spending time with my family, my dog Beau, walking in the woods, and weightlifting! I look forward to learning more about all my students and hope for a happy healthy school year.
