PTO Membership Drive
The mission of the Meadows PTO is to positively impact the lives of all children and families by representing our members and empowering and supporting them with skills in advocacy, leadership, and communication. Our main goal for our active community is to obtain 100% participation from our Meadows Families.
You can sign up to join the PTO online by filling out the online PTO Membership Form. Option for virtual payment via Zelle.
If you decide to print and mail in the paper form, please make your check payable to Millbrae Meadows PTO and mail the form and the check to Meadows Elementary c/o PTO at the address on the form.
