SJSAA Orchestra Audition Information
Concert Season 2024-2025

Orchestra Summer Camp 2023 will be from Monday, July 29 to Friday, August 2 from 9:00 AM to noon.

OUR SUMMER CAMP IS FREE TO ALL INCOMING AND RETURING ORCHESTRA MEMBERS

Orchestra Chair Audition Materials will be available on this page. 

Please read the following instructions:

A. Musicians must upload videos to Google Classroom by June 30th.

B. All orchestra auditioning should record the audition in the following order :

1. Excerpt from TMEA/TPSMEA literature

2. Orchestral excerpt 

3. The designated scale, 3 octaves, and arpeggio

C. Piano audition music has 2 excerpts only.  Audition music will be posted on this page on May 30.

D. Due to copyright, the audition music is posted in the Chamber Orchestra Google classroom. The link and invitation code is below

E. All incoming and current students should enroll in the following Google Classroom:

All videos should be uploaded to the classroom assignments.
