Our fabulous first graders will be using the Wonders' Reading Curriculum. This program is designed to teach the children different skills each week focusing on phonemic awareness, sight words, spelling words, comprehension strategies, fluency, and grammar. We will work on these skills all week and take assessments on day 5s. I will send home a monthly calendar with our daily specials and weekly assessments.
