What is a Passion Project?

Passion Project time is a time set aside in class for students to study their own passion on a new idea or skill once a week. This time to research, build, create, and study is also a time to promote, model, and support these creative thinkers. This time is important in the classroom because it lets kids take ownership of their own learning. Completing passion projects will spark curiosity, lifelong learners, and perseverance.
