Mrs. Hylton holds a bachelors degree in Psychology from Elon University. She earned her masters degree in Special Education, with a concentration in Psychology from Texas State University. This is her 31st year in Education. She began her teaching career in San Antonio, Texas where she taught at both the high school and middle school level. After eight years in Texas, Mrs. Hylton moved to Virginia where she taught at Rockbridge County High School. After two years, she came to Loudoun County where she has taught since 2000. Mrs. Hylton is a charter faculty member of Harmony Middle School where she has been since the school opened in 2002.
