About Mr. Burton
I grew up in Central Kansas and went to school in the Buhler School District until my senior year of high school. I ended up graduating from Bixby High School, which is on the southern edge of Tulsa. After high school I attended Central Christian College and then pursued my education degree at Kansas State. I have been teaching since 2015. I have coached baseball, softball, and middle school basketball.
My wife, Allycen, is a Speech-Language Pathologist. We love the Kansas City area and enjoy the many things that the area has to offer. I am excited to be a part of the Lawson Community and this great school district!
