...FREEZES

Hold down the Power Key for 30 seconds.  Then restart the chromebook.  Also double check you have sufficient battery strength!

...RUNS SLOW

Take a look in your saved to Chromebook files (downloads, saved items) and see what you can delete.  After deleting excess files, restart your Chromebook.  Also, check to make sure you aren't running low on battery!  Low Battery's = power saving mode and can slow you down!

...IS DAMAGED OR BROKEN

Bring it to Mrs. Wheeler in the library to request a repair.  Most repairs can be done same day and cost only $25.00.  Loaners may be available for you to use while you wait for the repair.

...NEEDS A CHARGE, BUT I FORGOT MY CHARGER

See if you can borrow a charger from a friend or come to the library to check out a loaner charger.

...NEEDS MORE HELP

Bring your Chromebook to Mrs. Wheeler in the library to initiate a repair request.  Most of these types of repairs are also done same day, but don't cost anything.
