Summer Camp 2024

July 15-27, 2024 (Monday-Saturday)
Time: 6:30-8:30 am
Location: Portola HS stadium
***All Summer Camp Payments will be ONLINE via the PHS Webstore on/after June 5th. Registration/Payment is to be completed BEFORE beginning participation with a camp. There are NO REFUNDS or prorated rates.
***A student-athlete does not have to participate in summer camp to try-out for cross country.
You must be athletically cleared BEFORE participation in any summer camps, tryouts, practices, or games/contests (NO EXCEPTIONS). Clearance can only be issued by the Athletic Department.
ATHLETIC CLEARANCE: On/After May 1st, create account and log-in to athleticclearance.com and start a new clearance for PortolaHS (CIFSS) and the 2024-25 school year. If you are interested in more than one sport, please select "new sport" when you are creating your athletic clearance account and add every sport you are interested in. Please be sure to complete all requested fields.
SPORTS PHYSICAL: Make an appointment for a sports physical conducted by a licensed medical professional (i.e. your primary care doctor), and UPLOAD completed form dated after May 1st to athletic clearance account (IUSD Physical Form).
CONFIRMATION: When you have completed your athletic clearance online, please print/sign/date final confirmation page and UPLOAD it to your account, in addition to your physical form (as a separate document). Once completed, email the PHS Athletic Department (phsathleticdept@iusd.org). They will review/verify your clearance via email and will send you final approval.
