Besides, imparting formal higher education through Online and Distance mode, IGNOU has been encouraging and supporting the interested students towards setting up their own enterprises and startups as in initiative towards Atmanirbhar Bharat. May of the IGNOU students and its alumni have already established their own businesses and start-ups. As a result of the flagship scheme of NCIDE like Idea to Startup and Student Empowerment for Entrepreneurial Development (SEED), we have noticed that several students have developed very successful Startups and enterprises. We are sharing here such success stories of Startups by IGNOU Students.
We invite all IGNOU students and Alumni to share their Stories of Startup. We will publish such stories on IGNOU Udyami portal. It will not only promote and popularize their work, but others will also be benefited and motivated.

The journey of Bhagirath starts from May 2011 when Mrs. Vrushali Vyavahare was in practicing her psychological knowledge for the betterment of school and college students. Then in the month of September 2011, we have started working in the field of psychological counseling and assessments. In 2016 Mr. Pankaj Vyavahare joined the firm as NLP practitioner and in 2018 as Industrial counselor. In 2018 Yogeshwar Joshi joined as social counselor. Now Bhagirath is working on several fronts of psychology and wellness. Bhagirath now working professionally with many more school, colleges and in corporate filed too.

OncoSense® is a revolutionary next-generation MRI Contrast Media containing superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles conjugated with a patent-pending tumour targeting peptide, which can be used for screening and early diagnosis of carcinomas. OncoSense® is highly sensitive towards very early stage adenocarcinomas and squamous cell carcinomas. OncoSense® makes MRI systems to see the tumours even under the size of 5mm (T1a) in our preclinical animal trials. It can also target almost all types of epithelial origin solid tumours at later stages (above the size of 8mm). OncoSense® is most sensitive to the changes in molecular information rather than anatomic changes, which helps in the early detection of hidden/occult micrometastasis. It uses triple targeting technology (T3)™ including receptor targeting & endocytosis along with Endothelial Leakiness Effect and Enhanced Permeability and Retention Effect (EPR). Being an iron oxide-based agent, OncoSense® can easily cross the blood-brain barrier more effectively than any other MRI contrast agent available currently in the market.

I'm Ankita Acharya, a psychologist based at Bhubaneswar, Odissa. My startup is to provide one stop mental health solution for both have's as well as don't have's. It also targets at polishing what's unique potential or skill the person with mental health concern is having and nourishing it out to give a sense of fulfilment to the person and a resource person from a victim to the society. It is a mental health and wellness project.
