Arrival Notes

When you share the acceptance with the students, the students are asked to fill in the arrival information. You can also upload the arrival information instead of the students if they don't have access to the Exchange Platform.

How to upload arrival information?

  • Open the nomination and go to the tab Acceptance Documents. and scroll down tp section Arrival Information.
  • Fill in the arrival details according to the information received from the student and also enter the emergency contact details for the student.
  • Click on Print Arrival Note.
  • The Arrival Note is generated to be signed by the student, but if you have already received the signed Arrival Note from the student, you can just upload that one.
  • Upload the signed Arrival Note and the rest of acceptance documents in case they are required by the receiving committee.
  • Click on Submit Documents to share it with the receiving committee.

How can I correct the arrival details?

  • In case you have made an error or the student has changed his arrival details, there is a button Revert which returns you to the previous step.
