Practices start Thursday Dec. 2nd and are held every Tuesday/Thursday Evening

Beginners / 1-2 yrs. experience - Rohrer MS Gym 5:30pm - 6:45pm

Experienced - Had. Twp HS Wrestling Room - 6:30pm - 8pm

Uniform provided, wrestling shoe exchange program( find a pair of shoes at 1st practice)

Practice gear - shorts /t-shirt or sweat pants ,no pockets

Our program is a member of the Grapevine Wrestling League and matches start the 1st weekend of January and every weekend through to the end of February. ( grapevinewrestling.org)

Wrestlers are paired by age - weight and experience.

All coaches are Rutgers Certified and match officials are all NJ State Certified Officials.
