Keeping Yourself Organized
IXL Diagnostic
If you are taking Algebra 1 or Geometry for math, you will need to complete the diagnostic test on IXL this week. This will take at least one full class period, but it could take two days. Once you have finished your diagnostic, you will need to show your FF teacher to ensure they check you off. This IS NOT a grade, but it is required to ensure success in your math classes. See your math teacher for your login information. See the "Websites for Assignments" page out here for the direct website link you need.
Composition Book Prep (GRADE)
This week you will start to use your composition notebooks (provided for you!) to put your assignments in. Make sure your name is written in Sharpie/marker on the front cover. You may decorate this as you get time in FF. THESE WILL BE KEPT IN YOUR FF CLASSROOM. They should not leave that room. Ask your teacher where the designated location will be for you to store them each day.
Class and Grade Analysis (GRADE)
Complete the following in your composition books in the back (see Composition Book Prep assignment for details). Be honest with yourself as you do this analysis/reflection. Your teacher will check your composition books for this assignment to assign the grade for this. They will also initial in your composition book on this page to show they have seen the assignment.
Career Exploration (GRADE)
This year, you will explore careers, colleges, etc. to start brainstorming about your future after high school. It will be here before you know it! Complete this assignment in your composition book (see Composition Prep Assignment for details of where to put it).
