About Me

My name is Stacia Turkenburg and I grew up in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.  I attended Palm Beach State College and received an Associate's Degree in General Education.  I continued my education at Limestone College and  I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education.   Lastly, I received my Master of Arts Degree from Southern Wesleyan University in Classroom Leadership.

This year is my 30th year of teaching.  I have taught at Greer High School for 25 of those 30 years.  I have taught a variety of science classes over the years but for the last several years I have taught Physics and Chemistry.  I enjoy teaching Physics and Chemistry and love finding ways to make it fun.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching college football, camping and traveling, and walking my dog (Georgie).
