Classroom Bill of Rights

Article l – Every classroom citizen has the right to a positive learning experience.

Article ll – Every classroom citizen has the right to be respected at all times.

Article lll – Every classroom citizen has the right to a safe classroom environment.

Article lV – Every classroom citizen has the right to express their creativity.

Consequences for Violating a Citizen’s Rights:

First offense: Verbal warning

Second offense: Silent Lunch/Isolated recess (teacher’s discretion)

Third offense: Phone call to parents

Fourth offense: Principal’s office
