College-Ready Assessment Choice-Registration for the school-day testing is closed
Preparing students who are College-Ready is an important responsibility of Greenville County Schools and the State of South Carolina. We want to ensure that all students have the skills necessary to pursue future education or begin a career after high school.
Your eleventh and/or twelfth grader has the opportunity to take either the ACT or the SAT. These tests are provided at no cost to you and are administered during the school day in spring 2024. We will communicate your student’s specific testing date at a later date.
The ACT and the SAT are college entrance exams used by some colleges and universities in the admissions process. You may explore the links below for more information on the ACT or the SAT to help determine the best test for your child. Should you have any questions about the tests, please contact your school counselor.
