About me

I live in Fountain Inn with my husband, Philip, and our four children. I enjoy baking, swimming, running, traveling, and spending time with my family. We love living in Fountain Inn and being a part of the Fury family. 

I grew up in South Carolina and attended Wofford College where I studied Spanish, Education, and Math. While studying at Wofford, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Mexico, Nicaragua, and El Salvador. I taught high school Spanish in Massachusetts for 4 years, and then I taught Spanish and Education at Wofford for 5 years. This is my third year teaching at FIHS, and I LOVE it! I am especially excited to help start the Future Teachers Academy at FIHS. I cannot wait to share my passion for education with future teachers.
