When your child qualifies for Speech/Language services, an IEP (Individualized Education Program) must be written to address the specific goals for therapy. Click on the image below to read about what specifically must be addressed in each IEP, regardless of a child's eligibility. Speech (and/or Language) Therapy falls under the rules of Public Law 94-142, which established access to a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) for all handicapped students.
