About Mrs. Stewart

Welcome to 1st grade!

I am delighted to be your child's teacher this year!  I am excited to embark on this adventure of learning with your child!

Let me tell you a little bit about myself.  I have taught for 18 years.  I have taught first grade, second grade, and special education at the elementary level.  I graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a Bachelor's in Elementary and Special Education, and later received my Master's in Reading from Towson University.   

I have a daughter who is in 9th grade and a son who is in 7th grade.  They are my beautiful blessings.  My husband and I have been married for nearly 23 years.
