About Me
Welcome to a fantastic new year! My name is Shamel Minga and I will be your child’s second grade teacher! I’m originally from Maryland and like turtles. I have lived in Greenville for about six years. I have a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s in Education Leadership. This is my fourteenth year teaching and my sixth year in the Greenville County School system. Here are a few things about me:
- This year, I am a Life Changer nominee! I have the chance to represent our school and win prizes to help Plain gain more resources!
· I live in Simpsonville.
· My favorite color is green.
- I have been married to my husband, Colin for 5 wonderful years.
I have a beautiful daughter and stepson who bring joy and energy to my life!
