I am so excited to be at HMS this year. This is my first year at HMS but it is my 10th year in education. I taught 8th grade science at Ralph Chandler Middle School for 5 years and I have spent the past couple of years coaching teachers in the GATE program. I am happy to be back in the classroom full time!

I received my degree in Middle Childhood Education: Science, English, and Reading from The University of Toledo in Ohio.

I have four children with my husband Dave. We have a lively, busy, and loud house.

In my free time I enjoy reading, spending time outside, traveling, trying new recipes, coloring, and watching the news and Netflix.
