Mrs. Walker

I am Mrs. Walker. I have two daughters. One lives here in Greenville and the other lives in St Louis. During my free time I like to read, swim, play pickle ball and watch college football. I grew up in Tennessee, but I have lived in South Carolina for most of my adult life.

I attended college at East Tennessee State University where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. I also have a Master’s Degree from Southern Wesleyan University.

This year I will celebrate my 34^th year of teaching. Most of those years have been spent teaching first grade. Now I am a reading interventionist. I still mostly work with first graders, but I do work with some students in other grades as well.

I am very excited to begin a new school year. I look forward to working with students and helping to make their school experience positive and successful!
