Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy is provided for students  with Special Education services, and an IEP,  who require these services to make progress on their  IEP goals. If needed, Occupational Therapy is available at every school in the district.  Occupational Therapy addresses fine motor and eye-hand coordination skills such as cutting and handwriting. OT can also address sensory processing needs.

Beth McCrary, OTR/L

I am the Occupational Therapist at Alexander. I have worked in the Greenville school district since 2003, serving as the OT at various schools.

I grew up in St Louis, MO, and my degree is from the University of Missouri. However, I have lived in South Carolina since 1986, so I consider myself a true Southern girl y'all!

I am married to Roger, with 4 fabulous kids (3 grown, 1 still in college). I also have 1 adorable grandson!

In my spare time I volunteer with Young Life,  am learning to speak Spanish, and love to scrapbook.
