About Me

Welcome to second grade! 

I am Ms. Vautier, and I am looking forward to helping your child grow and succeed this school year. I graduated from Bob Jones University with a degree in elementary education and a university certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL). I come from a large, close-knit family, and my brother will be in second grade at school in my home state of Georgia, so I have a special place in my heart for second grade. On the weekends I enjoy hiking around the upstate and watching Georgia football. 

In my classroom, my goal is for every child to feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. I give my students opportunities to learn teamwork and responsibility by working together and show them how what we learn is used in everyday life.
