Hello! My name is Mrs. Davatchi and I am thrilled to be your teacher this year. I am originally from Virginia Beach, VA but decided to travel a little further down south for college. I attended Furman University, where I majored in English. After graduation, I decided to make Greenville my home! I was offered a position at JL Mann upon graduation, and have been here ever since. This will be my fifth year at Mann. 

I love teaching and sharing my love of literature with students. Outside of school, you will most likely find me with either reading a good book, cooking, pr walking my dogs on the Swamp Rabbit trail. A fun fact about me is that I met my husband at Mann during the 2019-2020 school year!
