School Visitor and Volunteer Guidelines
Volunteer Application
Want to volunteer at Plain or another school in our district? We would love to have you, but please help us by filling out this application form. It is required for all volunteers. Thank you for your help and support!
Level I Volunteer Process for Applicant (in school or classroom volunteer)
Step 1: On the main district website's volunteer page, applicant finds the Greenville County Schools Volunteer Application Form (Raptor Technologies) . Applicant completes the form checking the box for Level I.
Step 2: Once approved the Level I volunteer is notified by email.
Step 3: Level I volunteers must sign in each time they volunteer. Photo identification must be presented each time for verification.
Level II Volunteer Process for Applicant (off campus field trips, overnight trips, or mentoring)
Step 1: On the main district website's volunteer page, the applicant finds the Greenville County Schools Volunteer Application Form ((Raptor Technologies). Applicant completes the form checking the box for Level II Volunteer.
Step 2: Once approved the Level II volunteer is notified by email. This process could take up to two weeks to complete.
Step 3: Level II volunteers must sign in each time they volunteer. Photo identification must be presented each time for verification.
