About Me

Hi there! If you've found yourself here, you are probably looking to learn a little bit about me. My name is Ms. Emily Bridges and this will be my second year teaching but my first year at Bryson Middle School! I graduated from University of South Carolina Upstate with a degree in Middle Level Education, and I knew from the start I wanted to work with middle schoolers! I am a product of Greenville County Schools myself and excited to once again serve my community.

Social Studies is a personal passion of mine, and I am elated to finally be able to work with a social studies class. When I'm not in the classroom, I love to read, travel, and spend time with my family. Some of these wonderful family members include my fiance, Christian and my parents and brother. I also have three cats pictured below that pretty much rule my household!
