Hello Hughes family! I am originally from Tega Cay, South Carolina, but have been living in Greenville since 2012. I live close to Hughes with my husband, Nico, and children.kids,

Since graduating from Clemson University in 2009, I have taught English in a high school in France, as well as French in a high school in Charlotte and in a middle school in Greer. I also taught ESOL at Hughes for 4 years.

I completed my Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of South Carolina and have a certification in ESOL through Clemson University.

I like to read, cook, swim, do yoga, travel, and listen to music. My favorite types of books are historical fiction, and my favorite book is Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand. When I was in middle school, my favorite book was The Raincatchers by Jean Thesman.

Mrs. MILLER

I am so excited to be in the Media Center!! I have been at Hughes Academy in the Attendance Department for 8 years and am ready for something new. I grew up in Travelers Rest and have been married for 27 years. I have a daughter, Megan MIller who is a PE teacher at Greenville Middle Academy and I have a puppy named Eli who I simply adore ❤. We love traveling and spending time with family. Stop by the Media Center and say Hi if you have a chance!! 🌷
