I have always had a love for art. I went to Lander University and earned my Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design while playing soccer on scholarship. After earning this degree, I decided to remain at Lander and earned my Masters to teach Art. I have taught art at all levels, but elementary is my favorite because of the students' huge imagination and their love to explore new things especially in the art world.

Out side of teaching, I am married to a wonderful man named Marc. We have three boys: Harrison age 11, Austin age 16, and Zack age 18. We also have a German shepherd/chow mix named Koda and a Czech line German Shepherd named Ruger.
