Weekly Update

April 28, 2024

This week will focus on preparing for SC Ready, which is Tuesday (TDA) and Wednesday (Reading) for ELA. Friday is a field test, which is basically a practice TDA that the state wants our school to test out the prompt and text. Students should prepare by being on time with a charged Chromebook, trying their best, and taking their time. We will finish Act V of the play and start a final project based on the play, which is the final major grade. I am still grading much work from Acts II-IV, so please have students continue turning this work in.

All work done in class is part of the daily classwork grade, and not completing the classwork not only hurts this grade, but shows me that students don't want to learn and are not participating in daily classwork. Encourage your child to participate in classwork and ask questions.
