Although I have previously taught at the high school level, this is my first year as a member of the faculty at Greenville Senior High School, and I very much look forward to sharing my love of music with my students, their families, and the Greenville community.  

My educational background includes degrees in music (BA), education (MEd), and reading (EdS),    and my teaching experience ranges from high school to middle school to church music ministry.  

My husband and I are the proud parents of a daughter (Red Raider Class of 2027) and two dogs.  

Beyond the classroom, I sing in the Westminster Presbyterian Sanctuary Choir as well as with Rivertree Singers.  I am an active member of Alpha Delta Kappa (SC Tau Chapter), and I enjoy attending live performances, playing the piano and flute, cooking, reading, crosswords, and spending time outdoors, both in my neighborhood and in downtown Greenville.  

My hope for this school year is to awaken the musical artist inside each of my students!
