My name is Rebecca Williams! I am so excited to be your 3rd grade teacher for the 2023-2024 school year! I am originally from Mauldin, South Carolina so I grew up in Greenville County Schools and am very familiar with them! My mom has also been a 1st grade teacher in this county for 10+ years. 

In 2014 I decided to make the move to Charleston, South Carolina where I originally intended to become an Occupational Therapist. However, I fell in love with teaching when I worked with WingsForKids in Charleston. I graduated with my Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education in December of 2017. 

Following graduation I made the move to Texas where I taught at a Montessori School for two years before returning to South Carolina. Upon returning to SC, I married my now husband and taught at a school in Spartanburg as a second grade teacher. I am SO happy to be teaching in Greenville County at Alexander Elementary School! I look forward to this school year and working with my students!
