My name is April McDonald, and this is my fourth year teaching third grade at Skyland!  I grew up in the upstate (Powdersville) and graduated from North Greenville University with a degree in Early Childhood Education.  I taught at Paris Elementary for 5 years and spent 8 years leading full-time children’s ministry before joining the Skyland family.  One of my favorite things is getting to see kids grow,  in all areas of life, and I'm so glad that I'll have a front-row seat to experience that with your child this year!
