Hello everyone! My name is Miss Harris. This is my third year teaching but  my first year teaching first graders! I taught two years in 5th grade but am eager to start my career with younger students. 

I am originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania (yes, like The Office!) but moved to Greenville, SC,  in 2021 to pursue my teaching career. 

When I am not teaching, I love to read, paint, hike with my dog Athena, watch new shows, and spend time with my boyfriend. 

I cannot wait to get to know your students this year and watch them grow!

¡Hola a todos! Mi nombre es señorita Harris. ¡Este es mi tercer año enseñando pero mi primer año enseñando a estudiantes de primer grado! Enseñé dos años en quinto grado, pero estoy ansioso por comenzar mi carrera con estudiantes más jóvenes.

Soy originario de Scranton, Pensilvania (sí, ¡como The Office!) pero me mudé a Greenville, SC, en 2021 para seguir mi carrera docente.

Cuando no estoy enseñando, me encanta leer, pintar, caminar con mi perra Athena, ver nuevos programas y pasar tiempo con mi novio.
